At Soho Pharmacy we aim to provide the highest level of customer service possible. However, in the unlikely event you are unhappy about an aspect of our service and wish to make a complaint please do so in writing and address your complaint to:

You will receive acknowledgement of your written complaint within 48 hours and a reply within 14 working days. In most cases it is hoped a resolution will be achieved at this point. However if you remain dissatisfied with the response to your complaint, you have the right to ask the Healthcare Commission to review your case. This should be done within 2 months of receiving your letter. You may write to the Healthcare Commission at:
